「1本の木が持つ価値を高めたい」と考えていた木と暮らしの制作所と利用者の「生きがい」「社会参加」を作りたい考えていたケアトピックで立ち上げたプロジェクト
草木染のマルチクロスIROMUは「株式会社木と暮らしの制作所」が企画し高山市にあるリハビリ型デイサービスLocomoで制作を行っています

森の木でつくる家具には
たくさんの人々が携わっています。
たとえば山を管理する人、道を整備する人
木を切る人、乾燥させる人
機械を整える人、塗料を扱う人
家具を売る人。
森の木が仕事を生み、家具は人の暮らしをつくり
そして、森はまたつくられていきます。
空気と水の美しい飛騨の地で
森と木と暮らしをつなぐ。
そのサイクルを止めることなく
家具をつくり続けることが
私たちの役割だと考えています。
The Cycle of Forest, Trees, and Our Daily Life
Wooden furniture is made not only craftsmen but also by a lot of people from many prefessional fields.
Someone takes care of forest.
Someone builds roads in a woods.
Someone cuts down timber.
Someone dries timber.
Someone adjusts machine tools for craftsmen.
Someone deals with coating materials.
Someone sells furniture.
Forest trees give us a variety of professions, and furniture made by such many people enriches our everyday life.
Hida district surrounded by beautiful nature is where our factory is, and it has a cycle of forest, trees and our daily life.
We believe that our role is to keep on making furniture and also protecting the cycle here in Hida.
Forest grows everyday.
